• Recruitment for “Scientist” — 19 vacancies at NGRI, Hyderabad.

Qualification

• Ph.D. (submitted) in Geophysics / Geosciences / Earth Sciences / Physical Science with specialization in Seismic / Seismology (or related sub-disciplines as per advertisement)

Salary Details

• Approx. ₹ 1,34,907 per month (Pay Level 11, as per 7th CPC, inclusive of allowances)

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 32 years (as on last date of application)

• Age-relaxation as per government/CSIR norms for reserved categories.

Application Fee

• ₹ 500 for General / OBC / EWS candidates

• No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Women / Ex-Servicemen (on uploading relevant proof)

Selection Process

• Shortlisting on basis of qualifications, experience, publications, etc.

• Interview (may include written test / seminar / presentation depending on the post) for final selection.
