Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • For Specialist Officer roles, additional professional qualifications such as CA / ICWA / MBA / B.Tech / M.Tech may be required.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of computer applications and banking procedures.

  • Analytical ability and customer-service orientation.

 Salary Details

• Probationary Officer (PO): ₹36,000 – ₹63,840 per month

• Clerk: ₹17,900 – ₹47,920 per month

• Specialist Officer (SO): ₹42,000 – ₹78,230 per month

• Other allowances and benefits such as DA, HRA, medical benefits, and performance incentives will be provided as per bank norms.

 Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 years

• Maximum Age: 30 years

• Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules:

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

  • PwBD: 10 years
