Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications based on the post applied for:

• Administrative and Technical Posts: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution.

• Faculty Posts: Ph.D. in the relevant area with a strong academic background, research record, and teaching experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.

• Experience: Prior experience in academic institutions or administrative roles will be preferred.

Salary Details

The salary structure for selected candidates will be as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) norms and IIM Trichy’s institutional guidelines.

• Faculty Positions: Pay Level 12 to 14A depending on experience and designation.

• Administrative Positions: Pay Level 4 to 10 as per the respective post.
  Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, and Medical Facilities will be provided as per institute rules.

Age Limit

• For Administrative & Technical Posts: 18 to 40 years (as on the closing date of application).

• For Faculty Positions: No strict upper age limit, but preference will be given to candidates below 60 years.
  Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

• SC/ST/PwD/Women Candidates: Exempted from payment of fee.
