Qualification

For Management Trainee (Technical):

• First-class B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in relevant discipline

For Management Trainee (Non-Technical):

• MBA, CA / CMA, or relevant qualification depending on discipline

For Trainee-Level Posts:

• B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc / BCA or relevant qualification as per discipline

Salary Details

Management Trainee:

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month (plus allowances)

• Average CTC after confirmation: ~₹15.9 Lakh per annum

Apprentice / Some Trainee Posts:

• Fixed monthly stipend (varies by discipline)

Age Limit

• MT General Maximum Age: 27 years

• MT Finance: 28 years

• Upper age relaxation applicable as per government rules

• Some trainee posts may have a maximum age limit up to 30 years

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹500 (plus charges)

• SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / Internal Candidates: No fee

Selection Process

• For Management Trainees:

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • Personal Interview

• For Apprentices / Trainees:

  • Merit-based shortlisting

  • Document verification / Test / Interview (as applicable)
