Salary Details

• Pay scale is as per IDA pattern, depending on the grade:

  • Junior Manager: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

  • Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000

  • Deputy Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000

  • Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000

  • Senior Manager: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000

  • Deputy General Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000

  • Additional General Manager: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000

  • General Manager: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000

  • Chief General Manager: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000

  • Executive Director: ₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000

Age Limit

• Age limit varies according to post level:

  • Junior Manager: up to 28 years

  • Assistant Manager: up to 35 years

  • Deputy Manager: up to 42 years

  • Manager: up to 45 years

  • Senior Manager: up to 48 years

  • Deputy General Manager: up to 50 years

  • Additional General Manager: up to 52 years

  • General Manager: up to 54 years

  • Chief General Manager / Executive Director: up to 56 years

• Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.
