Qualifications

The educational qualifications vary by post:

Salary Details

Compensation for different roles is structured per the 7th Pay Commission:

  • Teaching Posts: For PGTs, pay scale is Level-8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100) for certain teaching roles.

  • Non-Teaching Posts:

    • Female Staff Nurse: Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)

    • Assistant Section Officer / Audit Assistant / Junior Translation Officer: Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)

    • Stenographer / Computer Operator / Catering Supervisor: Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)

    • Junior Secretariat Assistant (HQ / JNV cadre) / Electrician-cum-Plumber: Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)

    • Lab Attendant / Mess Helper / MTS: Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)

Age Limit

The maximum and minimum age vary by post:

  • Teaching Posts: For PGTs, upper age limit is 40 years (as per 2025 notification).

  • Non-Teaching Posts:

    • Junior Secretariat Assistant (both cadres): up to 27 years.

    • Female Staff Nurse and similar roles: up to 35 years for certain posts.

    • Electrician-cum-Plumber: up to 40 years (as per non-teaching recruitment norms).
