NPCIL has announced vacancies for the following positions:

• Scientific Assistant / B

• Stipendiary Trainee / Scientific Assistant (Category-I)

• Stipendiary Trainee / Technician (Category-II)

• Assistant Grade-I (HR / Finance & Accounts / C&MM)

Total Vacancies: 114 Posts

Qualifications

Educational qualifications vary according to the post applied for:

• Scientific Assistant / Stipendiary Trainee (Cat-I):
  Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. in relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

• Technician / Stipendiary Trainee (Cat-II):
  ITI / 10+2 (Science) with required trade or subject specialization.

• Assistant Grade-I:
  Graduation in relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Candidates must meet all eligibility conditions as prescribed for the respective post.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive pay and allowances as per 7th Pay Commission norms:

• Scientific Assistant / B: Pay Level 6

• Technician / Assistant Grade-I: Pay Level 3–4

• Stipendiary Trainees: Monthly stipend during the training period as per NPCIL rules

In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance, medical benefits, and other applicable allowances.

Age Limit

The age limit varies by post category:

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age:

  • Scientific Assistant / B – up to 30 years

  • Stipendiary Trainee (Category-I) – up to 25 years

  • Stipendiary Trainee (Category-II) – up to 24 years

  • Assistant Grade-I – up to 28 years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and other eligible categories as per Government of India rules.
