Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirements (Post-wise):

Protection Officer:
Master’s Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Child Development from a recognized university. -
Social Worker:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology. -
Account Assistant:
B.Com / M.Com with working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting procedures. -
Data Entry Operator:
12th Pass with Diploma in Computer Applications; must have good typing speed. -
Outreach Worker:
10th/12th Pass with prior experience in community-level social welfare activities preferred.
Salary Details
Salary will be provided as per district administration norms and may vary by post. Indicative salary ranges:

Protection Officer: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Social Worker: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Account Assistant: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Data Entry Operator: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Outreach Worker: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
