Qualifications

Qualifications may vary depending on the post:

For Administrative Officer (Generalist):

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

For Administrative Officer (Specialist):

• Accounts: B.Com / M.Com / Chartered Accountant

• Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)

• IT: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / MCA

• Medical Officer: MBBS / Equivalent Medical Qualification

• Actuary: Bachelor’s Degree with Actuarial Science background or passed actuarial papers

For Assistant Posts:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized institution.

• Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

 Salary Details

• Administrative Officer (Scale-I): Approx. ₹80,000 per month (inclusive of allowances).

• Assistant Posts: Approx. ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of allowances).

• Additional benefits include medical coverage, LTC, pension (NPS), travel allowance, and other perks as per company policy.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years

• Maximum Age: 30 years

Age relaxation as per Government norms:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation as applicable)

• Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules
