Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following minimum educational qualifications as on the closing date of application:

Deputy Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering with relevant experience.

Senior Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering discipline from a recognized university.

Junior Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent with accounting experience.

Assistant: Graduate in any discipline with computer proficiency and office management skills.
Salary Details
Attractive pay scales are offered as per Central Government norms:

Deputy Manager: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (IDA)

Senior Engineer: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (IDA)

Junior Accountant: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)

Assistant: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA)
