• Recruitment for Management Trainee (MT) posts in a leading Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence.

Qualification

• Engineering Disciplines:

  • BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Metallurgy, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.

• Finance:

  • CA / ICWAI / MBA / Post-Graduation in relevant field.

• Human Resources:

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pattern)

• Approximate CTC: ₹15.5 lakh per annum after absorption
