• Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I)

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

• For Specialist Officer posts, candidates should have:

  • MBA / PGDM in relevant discipline

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (for CA posts)

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT/Computer Science) for technical roles

• Relevant post-qualification work experience is required for certain positions as specified in the official notification.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary as per bank norms:

• JMGS-I: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month (approx.)

• MMGS-II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 per month (approx.)

In addition to basic pay, employees are eligible for allowances, medical benefits, leave benefits, pension, and other perks as applicable.

Age Limit

• JMGS-I Posts: 20 to 30 years

• MMGS-II Posts: 22 to 35 years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and other reserved categories as per Government of India rules. Age is calculated as per the cut-off date mentioned in the notification.
