Key Responsibilities:

• Issuing and checking tickets at railway stations.

• Assisting passengers with queries and travel information.

• Maintaining accurate records of ticket sales and revenue.

• Supporting the commercial department in routine operations.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
  Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Institution.

• Skills Required:

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain records accurately.

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: Level 3 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix

• Salary Range: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 per month (approx.)
